Digitising is the process of hand-converting your logo or artwork into a format the embroidery machines understand.
We digitise your logo or artwork in-house to avoid poor digitisation as this will result in poor looking embroidery. We will use colour blending, stitch styles and stitch angles to reflect light in just the right way.

The process

We usually begin the process with an initial meeting to establish your requirements and source garments based on this meeting. Your logo is usually then digitized from embroidery and we will send over a digital mock-up to make sure you are happy.

Once garments have been sourced we will produce a design mock-up prior to production that is to be approved by the client.

Once the design is signed off we schedule in for production to a set timescale. All garments and fully checked through the process and once finished by a separate member of the team.
